Amama, which means Amma in Telugu, is an Indian jewellery brand that takes inspiration from the Indian heritage for its designs. Amama aims to deliver storytelling through its creations.
The goal for the brand was to increase conversions and return on ad spends (ROAS) and at the same time scale budgets with an aim to increase order value.
We leveraged multiple ad formats and targeting options to engage with the right target audience with the right message. We ran dynamic ads for broad audiences on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to scale up customer acquisition. These ads automatically showed relevant items to shoppers according to their consumption patterns, further optimizing the campaign’s performance.
Using Custom Audiences for ads we also reconnected with people who had viewed Amama’s products online but had not made any purchases. After analysing which ads were working for Amama, we finalised the best performing bidding and campaign types – search, dynamic and shopping. A combination of these led to a successful campaign and drove stellar results for Amama.
The campaign was a huge success and Amama got a 6X return on ad spends. The brand also saw a 22% increase in revenue and a 33% growth in order volume in the first month
