The objective for the brand was to first stabilise, then increase total conversions and return on ad spends from Google and Facebook ads at the same time scale budgets with an aim to increase order value.
To achieve the brand goals, we deployed a strategy to run Facebook ads with two different calls to action – “Click to Call” and “Click to Whatsapp”. Furthermore, specific testing for interest and goals was done to arrive at the right audiences. We also leveraged different ad formats to drive the orders.
On Google, we tested new keywords and different demographic audiences along with different ad campaigns such as search, smart shopping for conversions and display campaigns for phone call leads.
The campaign was a huge success and Tyres n More got a 12.9X return on ad spends on Facebook and a 6.8X return on ad spends for Google. The brand also saw a 43% increase in revenue and a 53.6% growth in order numbers.
